Wendell Niles was a radio announcer who appeared in films, usually as a radio announcer. He is the older brother of Ken Niles, also a radio announcer.

Neal Dodd

Neal Dodd was a real-life minister who was used in many Hollywood movies from the 1920s to the 1950s. He was also a technical and spiritual advisor for films on matters relating to the church and the Christian faith.

Betty Ross Clarke

Betty Ross Clarke toured with stock companies in the 1910s and then became a vaudeville dancer. She made an appearance on Broadway in a small role in 1917 in the play 'The Family Exit'. Clarke ventured into films around this time, starring in silent films from 1920 alongside big names like William Farnum, Lloyd Hughes and Fatty Arbuckle. Betty appeared on Broadway again in 1922 in the play 'The Red Poppy'. In the mid 1920s she appeared on stage in London and Europe before making the move to Australia. On her return to Hollywood in 1930, Betty made a few more credited appearances in films before retiring in 1940.

Danny Jackson

Died: October 1985, New York City, New York, USA

 

Danny Jackson was a singer and actor who managed to sustain a career in films from the mid 1930s to the 1950s. Although Danny couldn't read or write music, he later wrote musicals with his sister Raisa Sachs, often singing into a tape recorder and having his ideas transcribed by an arranger who was also able to orchestrate from his recordings.

Although his line was building swimming pools it was also mentioned his feat of flying an F-86 Sabre Jet, as a member of the California Air National Guard, from Van Nuys, California to Floyd Bennett Field, New York and back again using fuel stops both ways, setting a record of 5058 miles in 11 hours, 26 minutes, 33 seconds.
