Theresa Harris was a singer, dancer and actress who broke into films at the birth of the sound era. She was often typecast as maids, but was occasionally given a chance to shine, such as in the film 'Baby Face (1933)' in which she has a ball playing Barbara Stanwyck's friend, Chico.
