Mary MacLaren

Born: 19 January 1896, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, USA
Died: 9 November 1985, Hollywood, California, USA

Mary MacLaren was a silent screen child star who continued to act in films well into the sound era, mainly uncredited, but occasionally in supporting roles.

I've Got Your Number (1934) as Mrs. Banning (uncredited)

Mary MacLaren is only in the opening montage, with a few lines of dialogue, demonstrating the telephone technology of the day.

What Becomes of the Children? (1936) as Gertrude, the Governess

The two children are Sonny Bupp and Anne Bennett.

Lady in the Dark (1944) as Librarian, Miss Black (uncredited)

We never see Mary's face in this one.
