Charles E. Evans

Born: 6 September 1856, Rochester, New York, USA
Died: 16 April 1945, Santa Monica, California, USA

Charles E. Evans was a stage actor and producer on Broadway and also performed on stage in vaudeville with his wife, Helena Phillips Evans, before entering films during the silent era. Charles was already in his seventies when sound films arrived and he found only a few screen roles, working well into his eighties.
