June Havoc

Born: 8 November 1912, Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada
Died: 28 March 2010, Stamford, Connecticut, USA

June Havoc's story is immortalised, along with her sister Gypsy Rose Lee, in the musical 'Gypsy', which was based on Gypsy Rose's memoirs. They were pushed into vaudeville careers by an unbearably headstrong mother. June later became a reputable actress of stage and screen, among other things.
