Veda Ann Borg was a former model who was already too old to be a star by the time she entered films, but still managed to have a solid career as a supporting actress in many films of the 1930's for Paramount and Warner Brothers. After a car crash in 1939 she required extensive plastic surgery on her face before resuming her career for smaller studios.
It's Love I'm After (1937) as Elsie, a maid
With Leslie Howard.
Marked Trails (1944) as Blanche - aka Mary Conway, aka Susanna
The Big Noise (1944) as Mayme Charlton
The Falcon in Hollywood (1944) as Billie Atkins
Fog Island (1945) as Sylvia
Mister Scoutmaster (1953) as Blonde
A welcome addition to any film she had a couple of leading roles in the mid forties. Top billed in Dangerous Intruder (1945) a good little thriller.
