Mitzi Mayfair was a dancer, singer and occasional actress during the 1930s and 1940s. She appeared in a handful of films and also featured on Broadway. During World War II Mitzi joined Kay Francis, Carole Landis, and Martha Raye on a four-month USO tour to entertain the troops. The event was turned into a film called 'Four Jills in a Jeep (1944)' in which Mitzi and the other actresses played themselves.
