Minnie Devereaux appeared in a handful of silent films in credited roles. It is assumed that she was in many more films as an extra.

    did she really die in 1984? Wikipedia has 1869 to 1923, which site has the correct dates?

      The Encyclopedia of American Indian Issues Today has her birth and death dates as above.

    The Encyclopedia is incorrect. Recent archival research has her birth year at 1869 and she died in 1923. See United States Census 1910, El Reno Ward, Oklahoma and California Death Index, 1905-1939. If in doubt, contact the Cheyenne-Arapahoe Tribes in Oklahoma where she's from.
