Actually he was born in Lebanon Ohio according to his draft registration and marriage certificate. There does not seem to be any such place as Greentree, KY.
ReplyDeleteYou make a fair point. I have not seen his draft registration. There is also a Lebanon in Kentucky near an area unofficially known as Greentree or Green Tree. My info was sourced from IMDB, which is often wrong and has now magically changed.
