Kernan Cripps

Born: 8 July 1886, New Haven, Connecticut, USA
Died: 12 August 1953, Los Angeles, California, USA

Around the turn of the century Kernan Cripps was a leading man on stage in stock productions.
As a film actor he was often cast as policeman, barman or waiter in supporting or bit roles.

It always fascinates me to know who all of the actors are in each scene. The woman in the background is unlikely to ever be known. Did she come through the Extras union or was she a friend of the director, who knows.

The Falcon Out West (1944) as Murphy, second policeman (uncredited)

The Falcon in San Francisco (1945) as Police captain (uncredited)

It's in the Bag! (1945) as Police Turnkey (uncredited)

Kernan Cripps releases Fred Allen.
