  1. Sybil Brooke was the stage name of Edith Creda Louise BICKNELL who was born August 3rd 1880 at St Pancras, London to parents George Henry Leon BICKNELL and Emily Elizabeth BICKNELL (nee DESVIGNES).
    Her siblings were Eleanor Blanch 1870-1950 who married William Edward LLOYD and Emily 1886-1886 (infant mortality).

    On February 14th 1932 Edith is in transit at Seattle, Washington having arrived at Quebec on 17th October 1931.
    The manifest document confirms that she is an actress from London professionally known as SYBIL BROOKE.
    She has a sister, Mrs LLOYD of Bedford Park, London (Eleanor Blanche above).
    She was scheduled to appear at the Metropolitan Theatre, Seattle for a one week Theatrical Engagement.

    Edith remained a spinster and died on the 8th October 1954 at Barnstable, Devon.
