George Macready

Died: 2 July 1973, Los Angeles, California, USA

George Macready was a Broadway actor with a long career on the stage. He was also at ease on the big screen and on television playing comedy just as well as dramatic roles. One of his most famous telelvision characters later in his career was Martin Peyton in the early soap opera 'Peyton Place'.

  2. One of the screens best villains.Have become dedicated fan and have bought many of his tv and films recently.Anyone who thinks his looks are anything but handsome needs their glasses changed.Seemed to have tremendous sense of humor and helpful to co-stars.Brilliant man,amazing actor!
