Elvia was a stage, radio, television and film actress. She was best remembered in television roles opposite Jack Benny, Lucille Ball and Bob Hope. She was the voice of Clarabelle Cow in Disney cartoon shorts from 1928 to 1942 and even brought back the character in 1990 for one final time.
