Died: 28 January 1946, Los Angeles, California, USA

Pete the Pup or Petey was a regular character of Hal Roach's Rascals in the 'Our Gang' short comedies of the silent era. His last appearances were in the early 1930s sound shorts. The circle around Pete's eye was painted on for each film and could be around either eye. Several different dogs have played Pete including Pal the Wonder Dog and his puppy Pete, both trained by Harry Lucenay.

If Pal the Wonder Dog started playing the part in 1929, who is this dog?
